Serve someone right
Meaning: get what someone deserves, if you say that something bad serves someone right, you mean that that person deserves it
Example: "He hit me!" "It serves you right. You shouldn't have been so mean to him. It serves him right that he didn’t get this job, he despised all other candidates.
